Mr. Mugunth, Admission, Training and Placement Officer, received his Undergraduate B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering from SSN College of Engineering, Kalavakkam in 2014. His Post Graduate Diploma in Career Guidance was received from Bharathiar University in 2020.

Mugunth has teaching and managerial experience of 8 years in institutes of Erode and Chennai, dealing with Civil service training specialized in Geography, Placement Training and Career Guidance. He has completed various research related to Career Guidance right from schooling to Higher studies.

EXPERIENCE:

• Being a Civil Service Trainer from May 2015 trained over 1000 students for UPSC Civil Service Examination.
• Assumed the role of IAS Coordinator from July 2019 where supported students of Engineering, Arts and Science preparing for civil service examinations.
• Placement Director, HR Executive from May 2020 coordinated all aspects of the placement process, including building relationships with employers and organizing campus recruitment activities.
• Head, Department of Career Planning and Development from July 2021, led the Department overseeing 3000+ students per year and providing career counseling services in all sectors and placement activities.
• Admission, Training, and Placement Officer (Associate – Admissions and Placement), SSN School of Advanced Career Education from October 2022 onwards, manage all aspects of the admission process, for Data Science, AI, ML, Business Analytics both B2B and B2C model. Train through industry sessions and Facilitate placement activities by developing recent industry needed skills and develop relationships with employers and organizing job fairs.
• Graduate Program Admission Officer from June 2023 onwards, oversees the international admissions process for MS BME graduate program collaborated with Drexel University, USA. Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
